  • Individual Healing Session In Person

    Sessions last about two hours, more or less depending on how much time you need. First, we spend time talking about what brought you to seek healing. The more focused your intentions are the more you will get out of the session. Secondly, we spend time focusing on what we spoke about in a mindful, deep breathing practice, allowing emotional sensations to arise. These are tools to extend the healing that you bring into everyday life. Next, you will lay comfortably on table where the healing work takes place. The time lasts anywhere from 30-45 minutes. Lastly, we spend some time talking about your experience of the session if you need and any additional thoughts you would like to express. I will follow up within a week or so with a phone call. This is just as much a part of the process as the session time is. Be sure to utilize this.
