Through my own journey as a practitioner and teacher, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the value of skilled guidance in mindfulness practice. Competent, compassionate teachers were instrumental in helping me navigate moments of resistance, confusion, and stagnation—especially when my direct experience in practice felt difficult to interpret or integrate. Their presence spared me countless hours of trial and error, offering clarity, structure, and encouragement when I needed it most.
Drawing from that lived insight, I now offer coaching to support others in cultivating depth, precision, and resilience in their own practice. My work is especially attuned to:
• Beginner and intermediate meditators seeking clarity, consistency, and confidence
• Practitioners engaging with Shinzen Young’s See–Hear–Feel technique
• Individuals learning to work constructively with challenging emotions through somatic and mindful awareness
Sessions are conducted online and typically last one hour. Each is tailored to meet you where you are, with an emphasis on experiential learning, compassionate inquiry, and practical integration.
